Layers of five-spice and a lifted herbal note unfold in the glass, carried by silty pinot tannins to a long finish. Sourced from north-facing rows with basalt-rich clay loam soils, this Pinot Noir was crafted with 60% de-stemmed and 40% whole bunch cluster fermentation before aging in neutral puncheons.
